    Each week, you’ll have a one-on-one session with your coach to dive deeply into the themes of the week, discuss progress, and develop personalized strategies to overcome challenges.

  • Weekly Reflective Exercises and Journaling Prompts
    Designed to deepen your self-awareness and give you space to reflect on insights and breakthroughs between sessions.

  • Accountability Check-ins
    Mid-week check-ins to support you in taking action on your goals and staying aligned with your vision.

  • Personalized Growth Plan
    At the end of the six weeks, you’ll leave with a clear plan for ongoing growth that includes actionable steps, milestones, and personal commitments.
